The STSPIN32G0252QTR is a system-in-package that provides an integrated solution for driving three-phase applications. It features a built-in MCU with an Arm 32-bit Cortex®-M0+ CPU and a 250 V triple half-bridge gate driver capable of driving N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs.The device integrates a comparator with advanced smartSD functionality that ensures fast and efficient overload and overcurrent protection. In addition, a high-voltage bootstrap diode is integrated, as well as anti-cross-conductivity (interlocking), dead-time, and UVLO protections to prevent the power switch from operating in inefficient or hazardous conditions.
