The TLV3605RVKR is an 800ps high-speed comparator with LVDS output and rail-to-rail input. These comparators have these features along with an operating voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and a high switching frequency of 3Gbps, making them ideal for LIDAR, clock and data recovery applications, and test and measurement systems. They have a strong input overdrive performance of 350ps and are capable of detecting narrow pulse widths of only 600ps.
