The TLV3012BIDBVR is a push-pull output comparator. Both devices feature an unqualified on-chip voltage reference with a quiescent current of 5µA (max), an input common-mode range of 200mV over the supply rails, and a single-supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The integrated 1.242V family of voltage references provides a low temperature drift of 100ppm/°C (max), is stable under capacitive loads of up to 10nF, and can provide output currents of up to 0.5mA (typical) output current.
