The MPF5023CMBA0ES integrates multiple high-performance buck regulators that can operate as standalone point-of-load regulator ICs or as companion chips to larger PMICs. Built-in one-time programmable (OTP) memory stores critical start-up configurations, greatly reducing the number of external components typically used to set output voltages and regulator sequences. After startup, regulator parameters can be adjusted via the high-speed I2C interface, providing flexibility for different system states.
