The MFS8416AMBP3ES is an automotive, functionally safe multi-output power supply IC. It focuses on ADAS sensor (Camera, Radar, Lidar) applications and is the primary companion chip for the S32 microcontroller. Multiple switch mode and linear regulators are included for enhanced safety features and fail-safe outputs. This makes it a complete part of a safety orientated system to ASIL B safety integrity level. It is part of a complete device family that is scalable in terms of power and safety and is pin-to-pin and software compatible with the FS84 and FS85.
