The MC33FS5502Y3KS is an automotive high-voltage, multi-output power supply IC designed for radio and radar applications. It includes multiple switching mode and linear regulators that provide external frequency synchronisation inputs and outputs to optimise system EMC performance. It complies with AEC-Q100 rev.H (Grade 1, MSL3). The device is available in a variety of versions including number of output rails, output voltage settings, operating frequency and power-up time.
