The MC33FS5502Y0KS is an automotive, high voltage, multi-output power supply IC. It focuses on radar applications and is the primary companion chip to the S32Rx microcontroller. It includes multiple switching modes and linear voltages optimised for QM radar applications. It provides external frequency synchronisation inputs and outputs to optimise system EMC performance. Multiple device versions are available through one-time programming with selectable output voltage settings, operating frequency, and power-up sequence to meet a wide range of application requirements.
