The MIC2951-02YM-TR is a "bulletproof" micro-power regulator with extremely low step-down voltage (40mV at light load, 250mV at 100mA) and extremely low static current. The MIC2951's static current is only slightly increased in dropout, thus extending battery life. The MIC2951 is pin-to-pin compatible with LP2951, providing lower voltage differential and low static current, reverse battery and vehicle load dump protection.
