The MLX92231LSE-AAA-207-SP is a Hall effect unipolar switch designed in mixed signal CMOS technology. The device integrates a voltage regulator, a Hall sensor with an advanced offset cancellation system, an automotive-compliant EEPROM, and an open-drain output driver, all in a single package. The core is based on the existing rugged 922xx platform and is equipped with non-volatile memory for precise adjustment of the switching thresholds and definition of the desired output magnetic characteristics (TC, BOP, BRP, output pole function).
