The MLX92242LUA-AAA-599-SP is an advanced Hall effect switching/latching IC. all of these highly integrated devices contain a voltage regulator (supporting a wide operating voltage range), Hall sensing elements, and a current sink configurable output driver, all packaged in a compact low profile package. Their key feature is that each has non-volatile memory. With this built-in EEPROM resource, OEMs specifying the device can perform end-of-line (EOL) programming, eliminating all mechanical tolerances in the application.
