The MLX92231LSE-AAA-052-SP latch and switch sensor is designed with mixed-signal CMOS technology for faster, more accurate processing in a variety of applications. The increased speed and accuracy is made possible by an improved offset cancellation system in the magnetic core. This offset cancellation system is stress independent and temperature insensitive. Switches include voltage regulators, Hall sensors, and open-drain output drivers. Built-in reverse voltage protection allows the remote sensors to operate at voltages as low as 2.7V while still withstanding reverse voltages. These two- and three-wire switches feature a 2.7V to 24V operating range, thermal protection, undervoltage lockout protection, and high ESD ratings/excellent EMC performance.
