The BD83A04EFV-ME2 is a white LED driver for LCD backlight with built-in MOS for boost and 4-channel current driver for LED driver, ideal for driving high brightness leds. Since the maximum voltage supported by the LED pin is 50V, it is suitable for driving medium-sized LCD displays. Dimmable via PWM signal up to 20,000:1@100Hz. The product also supports analog dimming, which can be combined with PWM dimming to support a higher brightness range. Control DC-DC converters for boost applications, operating input voltage range 4.5V to 48V.
