The MPF42791 is a plug-and-play solution that provides comprehensive status information for lithium-ion battery packs up to 16 nodes in series. The MPF42791 estimates the internal state of charge (SOC) and health (SOH) of each cell, as well as the entire battery pack, and can also determine impedance, remaining run time, charge time, and instantaneous available power. It uses on-board memory to record the lifetime of key parameters.

The MPF42791 is easy to use and supports a wide range of lithium battery chemistry and battery sizes. It can quickly set up some basic configurations while providing advanced configuration capabilities to fine-tune the device for specific applications.
