The ADP5050ACPZ integrates four high-performance buck regulators and a 200 mA low dropout (LDO) regulator in a 48-pin LFCSP. The device can be directly connected to high input voltages up to 15 V without the need for a pre-regulator. Channels 1 and 2 integrate a high-side power MOSFET and a low-side MOSFET driver. External NFETs are available for use in low-side power devices to achieve efficiency-optimised solutions and provide programmable output currents of 1.2 A, 2.5 A or 4 A.
