The ESD224DQAR is a bi-directional TVS ESD protection diode array for high-speed applications such as USB 3.0 and HDMI 2.0. The ESD224 is rated to achieve the highest level of ESD shock dissipation as specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) international standard. The ESD224 uses on-chip, differentially matched tandem elements to improve downstream ESD clamp performance while maintaining signal compliance for high-speed interfaces.The ESD224 on-chip ESD protection network delivers ultra-low clamp performance and high differential bandwidth to enable compliance with HDMI 2.0 standards and provide robust protection for downstream HDMI devices.

The ESD224DQAR is available in the industry-standard USON-10 (DQA) package. The package features a 0.5mm pin pitch, which simplifies implementation and reduces design time.
