The TEF8101EN is a fully integrated single chip RFCMOS 77GHz automotive FMCW radar transceiver. The device is intended to be used for short-, medium- and long-range radar applications covering the entire automotive radar band from 76 GHz to 81 GHz.The TEF810X radar transceiver is a low-power radar transceiver that integrates three transmitters, four receivers, analogue-to-digital converter, and a low-phase noise voltage-controlled oscillator.
