The TEF8102EN is a fully integrated single chip RFCMOS 77GHz automotive FMCW radar transceiver. The device is intended to be used for short-, medium- and long-range radar applications covering the entire automotive radar band from 76 GHz to 81 GHz.The TEF8102EN radar transceiver is a low-power radar transceiver that integrates three transmitters, four receivers, analogue-to-digital converters and a low phase noise voltage-controlled oscillator.
