The QPA9908SR is a high efficiency, fully input-output matched linearisable power amplifier in a RoHS compliant surface mount package. This InGaP/GaAs HBT device delivers high performance of +35.5 dBm P3 dB over a wide bandwidth of frequencies while maintaining a 36% PAE at 28 dBm average operating power.

The QPA9908SR is suitable for power amplifiers with DPD linearisation technology in wireless infrastructures requiring high linearity, medium power and high efficiency. The device is an ideal candidate for current and next-generation multi-carrier 3G/4G/5G base station transceiver line cards.
