The LTC2875IS8 is a rugged, high-speed, low-power CAN transceiver that operates from a 3.3V or 5V supply. It provides ±60V overvoltage fault protection on the data transmission line in all operating modes, including power-down. The maximum data rate has been extended to 4Mbps to support high-speed protocols based on the CAN physical layer. Supports CAN up to 4Mbps with flexible data rates (CAN FD). Enhanced ESD protection enables ±25kV HBM on transceiver interface pins without latch-up or damage.
