PIC24FJ128GL302T-I/MV 16-bit MCUS are ideal for low power and interconnect applications. The PIC24FJ 'GL' series of low-power microcontrollers integrates kernel-independent peripherals (CIP) and extends kernel-independent animation to segmented LCD drivers. With sleep currents as low as hundreds of nA while retaining the full RAM content, the "GL" series is ideal for extending battery life in any portable application. The MCU has 8KB of RAM buffer and 128KB of enhanced flash program memory.
