The PIC32MZ2064DAH169-I/6J family offers MPU-like performance with ease of design, an MCU for GUI design featuring 2MB of Flash and 640KB of SRAM, 32MB or 128MB of externally addressed DDR2 DRAM, an integrated graphics controller, graphics processor, 200 MHz speed, a 12-bit 18 MSPS ADC module (up to 45 analogue inputs), CAN and HS USB.
