The UCC21551CQDWKRQ1 is an isolated dual-channel gate driver with programmable dead time and wide temperature range. The device utilizes 4A peak pull current and 6A peak sink current to drive power MOSFET, SiC and IGBT transistors.

The UCC21551CQDWKRQ1 can be configured as two low-side drivers, two high-side drivers, or one half-bridge driver. The input side is isolated from the two output drivers by a 5kV RMS barrier with a minimum common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 125V/ns.

Protection features include resistor programmable dead time, a disable function to shut down both outputs simultaneously, and an integrated anti-spike filter to suppress input transients shorter than 5ns. All supplies are UVLO protected.
