The AM6254ATLHJAMKR (System-in-Package) Sitara™ MPU with integrated LPDDR4 is an application processor built for Linux development. The SIP integrates 512MB of LPDDR4 with the AM6254 device, which features four Arm® Cortex®-A53 and embedded features such as dual-display support, 3D graphics acceleration, and an extensive set of peripherals, making the SIP ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, while also providing smart features and an optimised power architecture. In addition, the AM625SIP offers simplified hardware design, increased robustness, optimised size/system BOM and lower power consumption, all of which help to accelerate software and hardware development.
