The RTL9211DS-CG USB (Universal Serial Bus) to SD Express interface and SSD (solid state Drive) bridge combine USB devices with PCI Express bus controllers and embedded memory.

The RTL9211DS supports USB 3.2 Gen2x1 (Super Speed Plus). It is compatible with USB 3.2 Gen1x1 (ultra high speed), USB High speed and full speed. It can also run on auxiliary power. Mass storage transactions support Batch Transfer Only (BOT) and the USB-Connected SCSI Protocol (UASP). For USB, it offers up to 10Gbps bandwidth. When the RTL9211DS is connected to an SD Express card, the SD Express port can achieve data transfer speeds of 985MB/s. In addition, the RTL9211DS supports the highest theoretical capacity specification of 128TB SD cards.

The RTL9211DS is suitable for multiple market segments and emerging applications, including desktop, mobile, workstation, server, communication platform, and embedded applications.
