The SKY66405-11 is a high-performance, fully integrated RF front-end module (FEM) designed for ZigBee, threading, and Bluetooth (including low power) applications.

The SKY66405-11 is designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility. The device offers power amplifiers compatible with 1.6V to 3.6V CMOS levels, low noise amplifiers, low loss bypass paths, transmit/receive switches, and digital controls. The RF module operates in a wide supply voltage range from 1.7V to 3.6V, enabling the SKY66405-11 to be used in battery-powered applications across a wide spectrum of battery discharge curves.
