The READ2303GSN is an input and output full-range dual CMOS operational amplifier that enables low-voltage and low-current consumption operation. The IC operates from a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V and has an operating ambient temperature range of -40˚C to +105˚C.

● Low input offset voltage: VIO ≤ ±6.0mV

● Low input bias current: IB ≤ (1pA)

● Wide output voltage range: VOUT : VSS+0.1V to VDD-0.1V (at Io = 1mA)

● Supply current (per channel): IDD = 40μA typical

● High Voltage Slew Rate: SR = 0.35V/μs typical
