The RAA7881762GSU 3V full duplex powered RS-485/422 transceiver features high output drive, high EFT and ESD protection. The device can withstand ±3kV IEC 61000-4-4 EFT transients and up to ±10kV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD shocks without latch-up.

The RAA78817x family consists of half-duplex and full-duplex transceivers with an active-high driver enable pin and an active-low receiver enable pin. These transceivers support data rates of 250kbps, 500kbps, and 20Mbps with stable performance over the -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range.
