The AR0140AT is a 1/4 inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1280Hx800V effective pixel array. It can capture images in linear or high dynamic mode with a rolling shutter for reading. It includes a variety of sophisticated camera features, such as pixel storage, window opening, as well as video and single frame modes.
