The AR0135CS2M25SUEA0-DRBR is a 1/3-inch 1.2 megapixel CMOS digital image sensor with an active pixel array of 1280 (H) x 960 (V). Designed for low-light performance, it has a global shutter that accurately captures moving scenes and synchronizes with pulsed light sources. The AR0135 sensor incorporates a new and innovative global shutter pixel design that reduces dark current by 10 times and improves shutter efficiency by 4 times compared to its predecessor. These performance improvements allow the sensor to produce clear, noise-free images in low-light and brightness scenarios as well as in high-temperature environments.
