The AR0135AT is a 1/3-inch 1.2 megapixel CMOS digital image sensor with an active pixel array of 1280H X 960V. Designed for low-light performance, it has a global shutter that accurately captures moving scenes and synchronizes with pulsed light sources. It includes sophisticated camera features such as automatic exposure control, window, zoom, line skip mode, and video and single frame modes. It can be programmed via a simple two-wire serial interface.
