The FTCO3V455A1 is a 40 V low RDS (ON) automotive power module with a 3-phase MOSFET inverter optimized for 12 V battery systems. It includes a precision shunt resistor for current detection, an NTC for temperature detection, and an RC buffer circuit. The module is designed to provide a very compact, high-performance variable speed motor drive for applications such as electric power steering, electro-hydraulic power steering, electric water pumps, and electric oil pumps.
