The QM45639SR 5GHz to 7GHz Wi-Fi® 7 front-end module is designed for use in Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems with a compact form factor. Ideal for minimising layout area and improving efficiency in a variety of applications. With an excellent performance centre, the power amplifier (PA) is optimised for a wide range of supply voltages from 3.0V to 5.0V. Its multiple Wi-Fi TX modes provide excellent flexibility, allowing users to fine-tune output power, linearity and power consumption.
