The ADMV1139ABBCZ is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI), microwave, up-converter and down-converter that is optimized for 5G radio designs operating in the 37 GHz to 48.2 GHz frequency range.

Both upconverter and downconverter offer two frequency conversion modes. One mode is the conversion from and/or to a complex intermediate frequency (IF) signal, which is then mixed through the on-chip 90°IF, called the IF mode. Another mode is direct conversion from and/or to single-ended or differential baseband in-phase/orthogonal (I/Q) inputs and outputs, called baseband mode. The I/Q baseband output common-mode voltage can be programmed between 0 V and 1.5 V. SPI provides fine-tuning of orthogonal phases to optimize I/Q demodulation performance.

The ADMV1139 upconverter and downconverter are available in a compact heat dissipation enhanced 6 mm x 6.5 mm ball grid Array (BGA) package. This BGA package allows the ADMV1139 to dissipate heat from the top of the package for efficient heat dissipation. The ADMV1139 operates from −40°C to +95°C(TC).
