The IPW60R099P7 is a revolutionary technology for high voltage power MOSFETs. (SJ) principle design and is pioneered by Infineon Technologies. The device follows the successful CoolMOS™P6 series. It combines the advantages of a fast switching SJMOSFET with outstanding ease of use, e.g. very easy to use.
