The TLE9250XLE is a new generation of Infineon high-speed CAN transceivers for use in internal HS CAN networks for automotive and industrial applications. The transceiver meets the requirements of the ISO11898 standard (ISO11898-2 (2003) and the forthcoming new version of the physical layer specification ISO11898-2 (2016). In addition, it complies with SAE standards J1939 and J2284-4/5. The device supports bit rates of up to 5MBit/s, depending on the size of the network and consequent parasitic effects.
