The PCA9481AUKZ is a highly integrated switched-capacitor converter with embedded OVPFETs and external FET control to provide twice the output current for fast charging applications using single-cell batteries. The device can be operated in a 2:1 switched operation mode with very high efficiency (>97% at VVOUT = 4V, IVOUT = 8A), in a 1:2 switched operation mode or in a 1:1 mode with forward and reverse.
This chip is available in a WLCSP package with 4.16mmx2.96mmx0.525mm dimensions, 7x10 bumps and 0.4mm pitch.
