The MPF5030BMBA0ES is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for the S32Z2/E2 processor. With an input voltage of up to 5.25 V, it is ideally suited for use with NXP's family of front-end system power supplies (FS86, FS6x) or any other front-end power supply in the automotive drivetrain market.

Built-in one-time programmable (OTP) memory stores critical start-up configurations, greatly reducing the number of external components typically used to set output voltages and external regulator sequences. Regulator parameters can be adjusted via I2C after startup, providing flexibility for different system states.
