The CY8C4125PVS-482ZT PSoC®4100M ARM microcontroller is a series of programmable embedded system controllers with an ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU. The microcontrollers combine programmable and configurable analogue and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. The PSoC4100M ARM microcontrollers feature a 24MHz ARM Cortex-M0 CPU with single cycle multiplication and up to 128kb of Flash and read accelerators. These microcontrollers are building blocks compatible with the PSoC 4 platform to meet new application and design needs. The PSoC4100M features programmable analogue and digital subsystems for flexible field debugging of designs.
