The SLM9670AQ20FW1311XTMA1 OPTIGA™ TPM (Trusted Platform Module) security solution is a standardised security controller designed to protect the integrity and authenticity of devices and systems in embedded networks.OPTIGA TPM is based on the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) specification and certified common standards (EAL4+) and provides system and security features such as data integrity, authentication, secure communication, secure data storage and secure updates.

The product is deployed in Infineon's 16-bit advanced security controller and meets the latest Microsoft Windows boot time and performance standards. In addition, Linux OS and derivative systems support the product. With sleep currents as low as 110µA, it can be smoothly integrated into a wide range of devices requiring high performance battery powered designs.

The OPTIGA TPM family supports an improved commercial temperature range (-20°C to +85°C) as standard, as well as an extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) for industrial applications. OPTIGA TPM devices are available in a TSSOP-28 package and a compact VQFN-32 package, ideal for mobile applications where space is at a premium.
