The IRPS5401MTRPBF is a complete power management unit for processors, FPGAs and other multi-rail power systems. Four high-efficiency configurable switching regulators and a source/sink linear regulator provide the required typical rails, such as core voltage, memory voltage, and I/O voltage. Integrated precision current, voltage and temperature sensors enable telemetry and fault reporting via I2C/PMBus. Fixed-frequency emulated current-mode control eliminates the need for external compensation.
