The AS7263-BLGM is a digital 6-channel spectrometer for spectral identification of near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths.The AS7263-BLGM consists of 6 independent optical filters with a spectral response in the NIR wavelength range of approximately 600 nm to 870 nm, with a half-maximum full width at half-maximum (FWHM) of 20 nm.The integrated LED driver has programmable currents and is suitable for electronic shutter applications. The AS7263-BLGM integrates a Gaussian filter through nano-optical deposition interference filter technology into a standard CMOS silicon device in an LGA package, providing a built-in aperture to control the light entering the sensor array.
