The AS7331-AQFM is an integrated UV sensor with low power consumption and low noise. Three independent UVA, UVB and UVC channels convert optical radiation signals to digital results via photodiodes for continuous or triggered measurements. Irradiance responsivity can be adjusted by gain, conversion time and internal clock frequency, which affects sensitivity, full scale and LSB.The amount of radiation detected by the AS7331-AQFM in a set gain and conversion time configuration is provided as a digital count.The AS7331-AQFM offers a 12-step gain range with a gain factor of 2 per step.The conversion time is internally controlled and has a range of up to 15 steps with a factor of 2 per step.
