The LTM4650EY is a switch-mode step-down DC/DC µModule® (power module) regulator with dual 25A or single 50A outputs. The package includes the switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and all supporting components. Operating over a 4.5V input voltage range, the device supports two outputs, each ranging from 0.6V to 15V, set by a single external resistor setting. Its high efficiency design provides up to 25A continuous current per output. Only a few input and output capacitors are required.
