The LTM4668EY is a four-channel DC/DC step-down µModule regulator that delivers 1.2A DC current per output channel. The outputs can be paralleled by arrays to achieve up to 4.8A capability. The package includes switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and ancillary components. the LTM4668EY operates over an input voltage range of 2.7V to 17V, and it supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 1.8V. Only input and output body capacitors are required. The kit supports frequency synchronisation, polyphase operation, selectable burst mode operation, 100% duty cycle and low IQ operation. Its high switching frequency and current-mode architecture provide fast transient response to line and load changes without sacrificing stability.
