The LPC51U68 is an ARM Cortex-M0+ based microcontroller for embedded applications. These devices include 96 KB on-chip SRAM, 256 KB on-chip flash, full-speed USB device interface, one I2S, three general-purpose timers, one general-purpose timer with PWM and many other functions (SCTimer/PWM), one RTC/alarm timer , a 24-bit Multi-Rate Timer (MRT), a Windowed Watchdog Timer (WWDT), eight flexible serial 5.0Msamples/sec ADC and a temperature sensor.

The LPC51U68 LQFP64 devices have the same pinout functionality as the LPC5410x and the same package/pinout versions of the LPC5411x devices.
