The ADP5073ACPZ is a high-performance DC-DC inverting regulator for generating negative supply rails. 2.85 V to 15 V input voltage range supports a variety of applications. The integrated main switch generates an adjustable negative output voltage below the input voltage of 39 V. Operates at a pin-selected switching frequency of 1.2 MHz/2.4 MHz. Can be synchronised with an external oscillator from 1.0 MHz to 2.6 MHz to simplify noise filtering in sensitive applications.
