The AD9912ABCPZ is a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) with an integrated 14-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 48-bit frequency tuning word (FTW) that synthesises frequencies in steps no larger than 4 μHz. With a 48-bit frequency tuning word (FTW), frequencies can be synthesised in steps no larger than 4 μHz, with steps no larger than 4 μHz. absolute frequency accuracy is achieved by adjusting the DAC system clock. A system clock phase-locked loop (PLL) is also integrated, allowing system clock inputs as low as 25 MHz and operating over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
