The MAX32655GXG microcontroller (MCU) is an advanced system-on-chip (SoC) integrated with an Arm® Cortex®-M4F CPU to support efficient computing of complex functions and algorithms. The SoC integrates power regulation and management functions with a single inductor multi-output (SIMO) buck regulator. Onboard the latest generation Bluetooth® 5.2 Low power (LE) wireless communication features support LE audio, Angle of arrival (AoA) and Angle of departure (AoD) calculations for direction finding, long distance (coding) and high throughput operating modes.

The device provides onboard mass memory consisting of 512KB flash memory and 128KB SRAM, and a set of 32KB SRAM memory with optional error correcting codes. This 32KB memory group can be selected to save data in backup mode. Provides an 8KB user OTP area that holds 8K bytes of data even during a shutdown.

The MAX32655 device offers several high-speed interfaces, including multiple QSPI, UART, and I2C serial interfaces, plus an I2S port for connecting audio codecs. Provides an 8-way, 10-bit ADC for monitoring the input of an external analog signal source.
