The TPS54340BQDDAQ1 is a 42V, 3.5A buck regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET. The device can withstand load throw pulses up to 45V per ISO 7637, and current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible component selection. A low ripple pulse hopping mode reduces the no load supply current to 146µA, and when the enable pin is pulled low, the shutdown supply current is reduced to 1µA.
