The MCP1804T-J002I/MB is a family of CMOS low dropout (LDO) regulators capable of delivering up to 150 mA with a quiescent current consumption of only 50 µA typical, 1.8V  VOUT  5.0V). The input operating range is specified as 2.0V to 28.0V, capable of delivering 100 mA at only 1300 mV typical. The input to output voltage difference is only 1300 mV. The output voltage tolerance is ±2% maximum at +25°C. Line regulation at +25°C is ±0.15% typical.
